NATURAL VARIATIONS

There is a variety of natural variations and differences between materials used. Therefore products may not be identical to imaging you see online. Please remember this when placing your order. You can contact us with any questions at info@hayleystyle.com.

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of jewelry was hand finished and therefore delicate in nature. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity. Do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible. Do not clean plated jewelry with chemicals, instead gently wipe with a damp towel.

REPAIRS

We are always happy to repair any damages due to production issues on our end at our discretion. Please note that due to the nature of materials, some pendants are more fragile than others, which should be handled with care. Many of our materials (shell, bone, stone, wood, gems, etc.) are fragile and will most likely break, shatter, crack etc. if dropped or swing up against a hard surface (rock, granite, marble, etc). Please handle all pieces with care! Thank you!

SALES TAX

Sales in Florida are taxable at the State tax rate of 7%.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and credit card information.
